When People determines the winner and runners up in its "Sexiest Men Alive" issue, or FHM its "100 Sexiest Women in the World" poll, each entrant on the lists is one of a kind. There is only one Matthew McConaughey, just a single Angelina Jolie. Speaking about cars it’s not that easy, there are multiple Ferraris, tons of Mercedes-Benzes. There are two Lamborghinis, and they look pretty similar from the front. The point is, it's all about sex appeal; it just might come in the shape of beautiful cars instead of beautiful people. But these days, you have to look hard to find unsexy cars. There are a lot of cars that can be listed here, but we have chosen 10 of them that seem to be the sexiest.

1. Maserati Quattroporte sedan

Price: $110,000

Certain things epitomize Italians' sense of style and design. Prada. Marcello Mastroianni in La Dolce Vita. And of course, the cars of Maserati. No vehicle on earth has a sexier design than the company's flagship sedan, the Quattroporte. It may not have the most perfect driving dynamics or the most complete list of luxury amenities, but I defy you to show me a better-looking car.

2. Lamborghini Murciélago convertible

Price: $319,000

Lamborghini, an Italian car manufacturer, has established quite a reputation as a quality producer of high performance luxury vehicles. The Murcielago upholds the long standing Lamborghini tradition of aggressive sports cars. Its sleek line and low, dynamic body draw attention, though not as much as its powerful engine.

3. Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG convertible

There are many settings in which you'd expect to find a Mercedes-Benz SL. These is the sports car that most exhilarate me. Its combination of drop-dead, classy, old-school look; sumptuous interior materials; authoritative exhaust notes and pitch-perfect driving dynamics is all we could ask for. No need to spend any more than this on a car.

7. Bentley Azure

The Bentley Azure is a large, four-seater luxury convertible. The Azure was made to combine glamour and performance with the long-legged, continent-crossing capabilities of a modern sporting Bentley.

The Lexus badge will beget you credibility, and the gas/electric hybrid technology will make Charlize Theron want to ride to red-carpet events in the backseat.

9. Porsche 911 Turbo Coupe

Price: $122,900

Porsches Latest Generation 911 Turbo sets a new performance standard. Just looking at pictures of them sends a shiver of anticipation running up my spine. If you want a supercar that you can actually use, that you could thrash up a country lane, then point across Europe, flog around the Nurburgring and drive back in air-conditioned comfort with the sat nav gently showing the way, there’s nothing to touch this latest Porshe 911 Turbo.

10. Cadillac Escalade pickup and SUV

Price: $55,045

Ever notice how when the boss starts wearing a particular shoe or suit, the underlings start wearing the same? With Tony Soprano now driving an Escalade in the current season of The Sopranos, expect his henchmen to head for their local Cadillac dealers.
