How to prevent yourself from injury when you do exercise?

Active ImageHere are the next ways to do that:
 
1.  Allow time for warming up.

2. Do not train when you're tired. It's really important!

3. Make sure that if you increase your training time, you increase resting time too.

4. Keep the balance between strength training and cardiovascular training. It's all about balance.

5. Listen to your body even if you think something might just be a minor injury; pay attention to it so it doesn't become a serious injury.

6. Allow time for cooling down.

7. Pain is a red flag – stop your training session if you're in pain.

8. If you are stiff from the previous day’s workout, it might be a good idea to take the day off or do a little cardio day or maybe some light stretching.

9. Pay attention to hydration and nutrition.

10. Check the equipment you're working out on for safety.

11. Monitor fatigue daily - it's okay to take a day off.

12. Get a sports massage regularly.
