First of all, snowboarding is one of those sports that take you places you've not seen before. It makes you force your body's limits and go beyond them, always learning new things about yourself. Your snowboard will strengthen your leg muscles and the effort you put in will force your lungs to take in more of that mountain fresh air. It is a true escape from the polluted city air and into the wilderness.
