And, if I don’t change my socks regularly because of the wet boot or dry them, I end up with feet trouble.Foot sweating is not gross; it’s also odorous. Sweat, germs, and toxins accumulate inside your socks producing a nasty foul odor. It can be pretty embarrassing at times.



But, the good news is it’s treatable. You need to find out what causes your feet to sweat. It will help you determine the best method of treatment.

Keeping your boots dry can go a long way. But, in the hot summer days, you need to improvise.

If you have a daily job, keeping your boots dry isn’t a practical solution. I’m not saying that it’s ineffective. There’s a better way to it.
In this article I’m going to show you some of the tricks I apply to that keeps my feet dry in my work boots and prevent my feet from sweating.

Finding the cause! For many people, feet sweating is caused by a medical condition called plantar hyperhidrosis.
For others, it’s caused by a poor lifestyle habit or as a symptom of another medical condition such as hyperthyroidism, stress, excessive amount of alcohol that buildup toxins on the boy.

This can also result in more sweating. The list goes on and on. One of the primary reasons why people suffer from foot sweating is actually lack of good hygiene.


Prevention Is Better Than Cure

Many people don’t take this matter seriously. They don’t realize the importance of keeping their feet clean and dry.
Taking a shower every day isn’t enough. You must thoroughly clean your feet with antibacterial soap. Use a loofah to exfoliate the skin.
After bathing, dry your feet thoroughly. And, makes sure all the soap is rinsed off and that your feet are dry in especially between your toes before putting on socks.


Wear Good Pair of Socks

Wearing antiperspirant socks the key to good feet health. It keeps your feet cool. Keeps moisture out of the way and results in a comfortable workday.

Soaking Your Feet in Tea

That’s right. Soaking your feet in tea. Here is how you do it.

- Make your tea to the color of Snapple.

Soak your feet in that tea every day for 10 minutes at a time. Not more, not less. You need be constant about this.

At first, do it every day of the week, after that you can soak your feet once a week. This is a nice holistic way of dealing with sweaty feet. It’s perfectly safe for children.


Using Baby Powder

You can also put baby powder inside your boots. It will help keeping your boot dry all day long. There are also some natural medicated foot powders that reduce foot odor.

1. Purchase a boot dryer. You can thank me later.
2. Wear a good pair of boots.
3. Stay clean.
4. Stay away from cotton socks.
