When you work from home, it is important that you give yourself breaks and that you use them wisely. Here are 5 break activities that can make your home working experience more manageable.

Exercise and Get in Shape

Being stuck at home working doesn't mean that you can't get a good dose of exercise every day. There is a plethora of exercises that you can do with no equipment at all, and if you're willing to make a minor investment then you can easily acquire some basic home gym equipment.

Contrary to popular belief, you don't need to dedicate hours at a time to your workouts in order for them to be worthwhile. Engaging in short bursts of activity throughout the day will improve your physical fitness and, over time, will also improve your physique.
