Having healthy sleep habits and a restful environment can set you up for happiness and success during the day. Here are 7 top tips to sleep through the night.

The regular amount of sleep an adult needs is about 7 to 9 hours. That said, about 35.3% of adults in the US have about less than 6 hours of sleep in a day.

To make matters worse, about 100,000 deaths occur in US Hospitals due to medical errors where sleep deprivation is one significant factor to it.

1. Exercise during the Day

One way to help you sleep better is through exercise. By having exercising during the daytime, you can help regulate your body’s sleep cycle. Having a regular workout schedule or an exercise regimen can also ensure you have more energy in doing daily tasks.

2. Watch What You Eat and Drink

One of the tips to help you sleep through the night is to be mindful of what your intake.
