Some things you need to follow for this purpose are:

2. Try to drink a sufficient amount of water to stay hydrated. Drinking enough water will help you to have a smooth system inside your body.
3. Avoid taking packed drinks. Most of us try to drink packed soft drinks with more added sugar and preservatives. These drinks can harm your health.
4. Take a diet with less salt content. Eating too much salt is not good even for a healthy person and you must avoid eating it in excess.
5. Eat green leafy vegetables for a speedy recovery after a bone marrow transplant. You can shift to proper balanced diet so that you can fulfil the nutrient requirement in your body to back in your normal routine.
