There is a lot in common between the zodiac signs, their natal charts and the health conditions that each one of the signs suffers from the most. Although we all know our health condition depends a lot on our lifestyle, our genes and predispositions for certain diseases, astrology still has some pretty interesting answers when it comes to our weak points and some tips on improving our health.

Fire signs: Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius

These zodiac signs suffer from bad digestion and a lot of toxins and viruses that attack their body more often than the other sign groups. It’s very common that these three signs have a lot of excess energy that can bring lots of problems such as anxiety, heart problems, different kinds of inflammation and problems with the immune system. In order for these things to be solved easily, people born under a fire sign should include more cereals and roots in their diet and avoid spicy foods and excess red meat.

When it comes to herbs, chamomile is their best choice. Cinnamon and ginger should be used in moderation, as well.

Air signs: Gemini, Libra, Aquarius

These people have difficulties managing their emotions and they often suffer from nervous breakdowns. Even if those breakdowns are not that emphasized, they still have a lot of emotional problems that kick them out of balance. Insomnia, memory loss and skin and hair problems are common for the air signs.
In order for them to conquer these difficulties, they should involve more vegetables, double-baked bread and lots of nuts. Sugar and fats can make them lots of problems.
Garlic, Greek yogurt, and spicy food can help the Gemini, the Libra and the Aquarius get back to their normal wellbeing.

Water signs: Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces

People born with the signs of Cancer, Pisces or Scorpio are very sensitive to viruses and all kinds of bacteria. Although being too-emotional brings them a lot of psychological and mental problems – what they often suffer from is a very weak immune system that is easily attacked by bacteria.
These people are prone to slow metabolism and gland problems – most often with the thyroid gland.
In order for these problems to be easily balanced, the water signs should include beans, lots of fruits and boiled vegetables – all of which can help their mental wellbeing apart from their digestion. Excluding fast food, sweets and flour can help them achieve a better health, as well.

Earth signs: Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn

The zodiac signs of Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn usually have problems with their weight – mainly because of the lack of exercise and an inactive lifestyle. Although they look very strong and healthy, they are prone to some serious diseases that relate to their laid-back way of living. They easily get sick from common colds and flu.
In order for these problems to be addressed, this zodiac group should include more soups, teas, vegetables and fruit salads, as well as lots of spices in order to boost their metabolism.
They should avoid strict low-calorie diets that can make them even more vulnerable and worsen their immune systems.
