5. Take Part in New Experiences Together to Boost Your Dopamine Levels

When is the last time you and your partner took part in a new experience together? If it's been a while now, you'll be surprised by how much it can help your sex life.

When you and partner take a cooking class, ride a roller coaster, or participate in another new activity together, it'll raise both of your dopamine levels. This will allow you to connect in a new way and get you more in the mood when you go to bed later on.
